From €200 and more: free shipping.

Europe (Euro zone) and Switzerland : Colissimo with required signature from the recipient.
For orders below €200 (all taxes included)/€166.67 (before tax): €18.
From €200 and more: free shipping.

Eastern Europe (outside of the Euro Zone and Russia), Norway and Maghreb – Colissimo with required signature from recipient.
For orders below €200 (all taxes included)/166.67€ (before tax): €20.
From €200 and more: free shipping.

Other international destinations: For orders below €200 (all taxes included)/€166.67 (before tax): €30. From €200 and more: free shipping.

How long does shipping take before delivery?

Outside sale period and Christmas deals and according to their availability, our products will be shipped within 15 days for France and 15 to 21 days for international delivery.

Can I track the shipping of my order?

You will receive an automatic email once your order is confirmed and shipped, in which you will get the shipping number, which will also be available to view in your user account.

How can I return a product or obtain a refund?

With the exception of customized products, samples and some discounted products, we will make sure you will get a refund for any product. You will have to return it (all pieces included, if it came in pieces) in its original packaging, without any damage and within the first 30 days following reception of your order. To do so, please send a request via your personal account on our website: Account > Order > Return or Refund. For an exchange, the process is exactly the same. If you request for a product worth a similar price, we will send you the requested product after we confirm reception of your returned product. If the price is different, we will proceed with a reimbursement. Then, you will be able to place a new order. In the case of an exchange, you are entitled to only one free of charge return.

How can I get a free return?

Once your request for a return is approved, you will get an email within the next 2 business days including a pre-paid postage bill, which has to be affixed to the package. Then, you will have to take your parcel to the post office. Free returns only concern orders made in France. For other areas, the postage must be paid by the customer. After the reception and verification of the package, we will proceed to the refund of the product(s) and the shipping costs. We will refund you within 5 business days after the reception of your return package.
