Samples : €9 (tracked courier)

French DROM-COM and other international destinations:
Wallpaper and candles: €65 (DHL with signature)
Samples: €11 (tracked courier)

How long does shipping take before delivery?

Outside sale period and Christmas deals and according to their availability, our products will be shipped within 20 and 30 business days.

Can I track the shipping status of my order?

You will receive an automatic email once your order is confirmed and shipped, in which you will get the shipping number. The information will also be available to view in your user account.

How can I return a product or obtain a refund?

With the exception of customized products, samples, and some discounted products, all purchased products are returnable and refundable. Any returned product must be in its original packaging, exempt of any damage. Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the receipt of the original order. To do so, please send a request via your personal account on our website: Account > Order > Return or Refund.
For an exchange, the process is the same. If you request for a product worth a similar price, we will send you the requested product after we confirm reception of your returned product. If the price is different, we will proceed with a reimbursement. Then, you will be able to place a new order.

How do I return a product?

Your request for a return is approved within 2 working days. Returned products shall be shipped to LE GRAND SIECLE 10 rue de Montigny 13100 AIX-EN-PROVENCE FRANCE. The shipment cost must be paid by the customer. After receipt and verification of the package, we will proceed with the refunding of the product within 14 days after the receipt of the return package.
