How long does shipment take?
The delivery times announced by our carriers are as followed:
COLISSIMO FRANCE: 2 days
COLISSIMO EUROPEAN UNION: 3 to 9 days depending on the countries
DHL ECONOMY SELECT: 2 to 5 days depending on the countries
DHL EXPRESS: 1 to 3 days depending on the countries
Can I track the shipping status of my order?
When your package is collected by the carrier, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number.. The information will also be available in your account page on our website.
How can I return a product or obtain a refund?
With the exception of customized products, samples, and some discounted products, all purchased products are returnable and refundable. Any returned product must be in its original packaging, exempt of any damage. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the date of the validation of your return request. To do your return request, please go to your personal account on our website: Account > Order > Return or Refund.
For an exchange, the process is the same. If you request for a product worth a similar price, we will send you the requested product after we confirm reception of your returned product. If the price is different, we will proceed with a reimbursement. Then, you will be able to place a new order.
How do I return a product?
Your request for a return is approved within 2 working days. Returned products shall be shipped to LE GRAND SIECLE 10 rue de Montigny 13100 AIX-EN-PROVENCE FRANCE. The shipment cost must be paid by the customer. After receipt and verification of the package, we will proceed with the refunding of the product within 14 days after the receipt of the return package.
